What to include

To help us resolve things quickly, it helps to include:

• The email address you signed up with (never include your password).
• What you were doing when the issue happened, and what you expected instead.
• A screenshot, if the issue is something you can see.
• Your device type (for example iPhone, or which browser for the web app).

If you work with small-business clients and want to know how Book Keeps handles collaboration, exports and review workflows, email us at bookkeeps.support@gmail.com with "Accountant enquiry" in the subject line and we'll get back to you.
