Accessibility at Book Keeps
This statement was last reviewed on 31 July 2026.
Our commitment
Book Keeps is committed to making our website and app usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboards, voice control, or larger text.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across our website and web app.
What we do today
- Our website supports keyboard navigation; every page includes a skip-to-content link and a main content landmark, form fields are labelled, and form results are announced to screen readers.
- Most controls in our app carry screen-reader labels, and text colours in the app meet the WCAG AA contrast threshold.
- We run accessibility reviews as part of building new features. In July 2026 we audited our public website and completed a code-level review of the app's main screens, and fixed the barriers that review found.
Known limitations
We have fixed the barriers found in our July 2026 review, including announcing selected filter and onboarding options to screen readers, enlarging small touch targets, and announcing inline success and error messages. One item remains:
- Some business logo images in the app do not yet carry descriptive labels.
